Mans reverse turn
Commence facing diagonal to the centre of the room with your feet together with your tummy pulled in and your arms held up on count one bend both knees and step forward using a heel lead with your left foot transfer the weight of your body from the right foot to the left and start to turn your body to the left on count two take your right foot to the side continuing to turn to the left and on the toe only and start to rise on count three continue to turn to the left make sure you have made almost half of a full turn and close your left foot to the right still on the the tips of your toes and lower your feet to finish backing the line of dance with your feet together with the weight firmly in the left foot this will ensure that when we set off again for the rest of the full turn you are on the correct foot on count four step back with the right foot on a bent supporting knee and transfer the body weight continuing to turn to your left with body and arms held high on step five step to the side and slightly forward on the toe only with your left foot start to rise and transfer your body weight over to the left continuing to turn to the left on count six close your feet together on the balls of your feet and lower to the ground with weight on the right foot making sure you have completed three quarters of a full turn and finish facing diagonal to the wall facing down the line of dance.
